Who we are
This website is operated by REVOLANDO LTD (trading as Revolando Games), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13800879, with its registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to office@revolando.dev.
What we collect
When you submit the partner form we collect the information you provide: your name, company, work email, the type of partnership, an optional website or store link and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To review and respond to your partnership enquiry, which is in our legitimate interest in developing our business.
- To take steps at your request before entering into an agreement with you.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse of the contact form.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use Cloudflare, Inc. to host this website and to deliver form submissions to our inbox. The office map loads map tiles from the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receives your IP address when the map is displayed. These providers act under their own terms and may process data outside the UK, protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
Partnership enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into an agreement, in which case they are kept for as long as needed for that relationship and our legal obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to office@revolando.dev. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
